4. Shipping and Delivery

5. Returns and Refunds

Mandatory Unboxing Video

- Immediately upon receiving the order, customers must record a continuous 360° unboxing video starting before opening the package and continuing until the entire unboxing process is completed. The video must be recorded without any cuts, pauses, or edits.

- The video must clearly show the outer package, shipping label, package seal, and the complete unboxing process.

- The unboxing video is mandatory evidence for any Return, Refund, or Exchange request related to Wrong Product, Missing Product, Missing Items, Mismatched Product, Damaged Product, Defective Product, or Incomplete Delivery.

- If a customer fails to provide the mandatory unboxing video, Kartdone.com reserves the right to reject any Return, Refund, or Exchange request related to the above issues.

- This requirement is implemented to protect the interests of both customers and sellers and to help prevent fraudulent or false claims.

Product Warranty and Guarantee

Kartdone.com is an online marketplace that provides a platform for various sellers and brands to sell their products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, Kartdone.com does not provide any warranty or guarantee for any product sold on the Platform.

Any warranty or guarantee applicable to a product is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, brand, or seller.

Customers must contact the manufacturer, brand, or seller directly for any warranty or guarantee claims, including repairs, replacements, or other warranty-related services.

Kartdone.com is not responsible for accepting, processing, approving, rejecting, or fulfilling any warranty or guarantee claims, and shall not be liable for any disputes between the customer and the manufacturer, brand, or seller regarding warranty or guarantee services.
